Membership Development Coordinator
—a strategic thinker and passionate doer who will lead the evolution of our Membership Program, turning everyday fans into lifelong supporters

Your mission

  • Grow membership through strategic planning and targeted campaigns
  • Enrich the member experience with exclusive benefits and high-impact events
  • Activate Juventus' commercial assets to deepen fan connection
  • Boost retention with data-driven loyalty initiatives
  • Optimize digital channels and improve conversion across web and e-commerce
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless member journey
  • Align with Marketing to deliver consistent and compelling campaigns

Who you are

  • 2–5 years of experience in membership, loyalty, or customer experience roles
  • Analytical, data-driven, and digitally savvy
  • You know how to manage events and lead projects from concept to execution
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital media tools
  • Organized, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Natural communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Availability on weekends for home matches and to travel when needed

  • Define strategic priorities for membership growth and retention
  • Identify and deliver new services and benefits that matter to our fans
  • Build loyalty through meaningful engagement and community-building initiatives
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve the member experience
