Missione del ruolo

La figura avrà il compito di sviluppare e consolidare il mercato attraverso una rete di distributori e rivenditori specializzati. Dovrà garantire crescita del fatturato, maggiore presenza del brand e un rapporto costante con i partner commerciali, fungendo da punto di riferimento tecnico-commerciale.

Responsabilità principali

Gestione e sviluppo dei distributori: affiancamento, pianificazione attività, obiettivie review periodiche.

  • Ricerca attivadi nuovi partnerin aree con potenziale non ancora espresso.
  • Formazione tecnico-commerciale ai rivenditori sui prodotti dell'azienda.
  • Visite regolari presso distributori e clienti finali per supportoapplicativo e sviluppo opportunità.
  • Monitoraggio KPI: volume vendite,marginalità, performance dei partner.
  • Coordinamento internocon marketing, productmanagement e service.
  • Partecipazione a fiere, eventi, seminari tecnici.
  • Reportistica strutturata verso la Direzione Commerciale.

Competenze tecniche richieste

  • Esperienza concreta nella vendita indiretta(tramite distributori/rivenditori) in ambito industriale.
  • Disponibilità a intraprendere anche azioni di vendita diretta ad utilizzatori
  • Conoscenza di prodottitecnici, preferibilmente meccanici, automazione o soluzioni per la produzione.
  • Capacità di lettura di disegni/concetti tecnici(anche base).
  • Inglese buono;

  • Forte orientamento al risultato e mentalità "da costruttore", non da semplicegestore.
  • Autonomia, organizzazione e metodo.
  • Capacità relazionali eccellenti, ascolto attivo,presenza professionale.
  • Comunicazione chiarae convincente.

Formazione

  • Laurea o diploma tecnico preferibilmente in ambito meccanico, gestionale, meccatronico.
  • Percorsi di formazione commerciale come plus.

Disponibilità

  • Viaggi frequentiin Italia ed Europa.
  • Patente B.
