The purpose of the Bar crew member or Barista is to provide excellent, friendly service to our guests and to give them the MOXY experience, that makes them come back again and again.
What you'll do:
- Serve drinks as a real bartender/barista while keeping the bar clean
- Create an amazing time for every guest by having a chat and keeping the bar stocked
- Loves cocktails and knows how to make at least the basic ones
- Keep your focus on the F&B area while answering or passing along every question of each guest
- Follow Marriott standards while setting up breakfast, lunch or dinner
- Help with cleaning and inventory, address stock that needs to ordered and minimize waste
- Help out your team where needed in every department
- Follow food, alcohol licensing, security and health and safety olciies
- Promote the Marriott brand and bring it to life
Behaviours and experiences for success:
- You worked in a restaurant or bar or hotel before
- You have knowledge of cocktails and drinks
- You can speak and read English and Italian
- You have high energy, and a can-do- attitude
- You thrive on meeting guests, chatting to them, and making connections
- A skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
- You're a team player, supporting and helping your teammates, contributing to making the hotel a great place
