DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The
JUNIOR E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
will have the opportunity to collaborate with the E-Commerce Department in the managing day by day activities in order to ensure the proper functioning and updating of the website.

The resource will have the opportunity to support the Team in facing daily activities related to AW LAB E-Commerce, in particular by supporting the catalogue management and the online assortment of products.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Support in the management of day-to-day activities to ensure the proper functioning and updating of the website
  • Support in the managing of the product catalogue and managing the online product assortment
  • Training on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and using the platform to manage the E-Commerce
  • Participation in E-Commerce Department meetings, both strategic and operational
  • Working cross-functionally on a daily basis with departments such as: Marketing, Customer service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising and Product
  • Daily contact with Brands
  • Website contents update

  • University in progress
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
  • Passionate about the web and lifestyle fashion world
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with advertising agencies and suppliers
  • Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
  • Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks, paying attention to details and verifying information
