Overview

FCM (Factory Cost Management) team works as finance and controlling partner at Beontag, giving important information to help other departments to make decisions, create KPI's and follow results. Our team drives processes and good practices throught the sites, aligned with Beontag's goals referred to costs and expenses defined in budget.

We are looking for an intern to join Beontag and be part of a global company that values learning and cultural exchange. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gaining exposure across departments and hierarchical levels. Together we will develop strategic reports, create and monitor processes, manage cost controls in production and warehouse environments, support internal and external audits, and follow inventory counting.

Responsibilities

  • Check production orders to identify discrepancies, errors and opportunities to improve the process.
  • Check inventory report month x month to identify variations.
  • Ask for some cyclic counting, to check deviations and improvements in the process.
  • Follow the factory costs through the month, supporting the correct allocation of costs by account and cost center, identifying deviations and opportunities of saving.
  • Support external audits, providing requested data and information.
  • Create some reports, such as analysis real x budget, operational and strategics KPIs to any level of users, with support from the team.
  • Give information to other departments, in order to follow KPIs. Strong interaction through many departments such as production, engineering, and quality.
  • Take part of the team who will build the annual budget, supporting data collection about material cost, overhead and details about the plant.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

Office Suite - Mainly excel.

Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge.

Proficient in English to report to Brazil.

Good communication skills to speak to other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge about ERP Navision.

Basic knowledge about costs and production.

Location: This role will be based at our plant in Bologna, Castel Maggiore.
