About the Job

As a Technical Lead at Allianz Technology, you will be at the forefront of driving technical excellence and innovation within the organization. You will lead a team of developers and engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with Allianz's strategic goals. What you do 

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our solutions where applicable.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance the functionality and performance of our solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of excellence

What you bring 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of leading successful IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance solution capabilities and decision-makin
