On behalf of a well-established company specialized in technological systems and mission-critical projects, we are currently looking for a
Commissioning Manager
to be deployed
on site
on a
Data Center project
.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full planning and management of commissioning activities, from
pre-commissioning
through
Integrated System Testing (IST)
and
final handover
.

The role will act as the primary point of contact for the
Hyperscale Client
, coordinating internal teams and external partners while ensuring compliance with standards, schedules, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the Commissioning Strategy and Commissioning Plan
  • Coordination of pre-functional, functional testing, and IST
  • Supervision of FAT, SAT, start-up activities, and witness tests
  • Management of commissioning teams (internal resources and third parties)
  • Direct interface with Client, Consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Reporting, issue log management, punch list tracking, and handover documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation or technical diploma with strong relevant experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in commissioning within Data Centers or mission-critical projects
  • Strong knowledge of UPS systems, generators, LV/MV switchgear, BMS/EPMS
  • Experience in Hyperscale environments and international EPC projects
  • Fluent technical English
  • Strong leadership skills, structured approach, and ability to perform under pressure

Expected Results

  • Commissioning milestones achieved on schedule
  • IST successfully completed on the first cycle
  • Final handover delivered with no technical or documentation backlog
