About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Tech Recruiter with at least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within the technology sector. You should be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring and operating in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage top candidates
  • Review profiles and conduct initial interviews
  • Manage candidate communication and timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Support offer processes and assist with onboarding
  • Maintain organized pipelines and reporting in a remote/online setup

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience hiring for technical roles (developers, engineers, product roles, etc.)
  • Ability to work fully remote and manage your own schedule
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and creative channels
  • Highly organized, proactive, and an effective communicator
