Regional OpEx Engineer
to join our European team and drive Lean transformation initiatives across our plants.


What You'll Do:

  • Champion and deploy lean transformation in varied electromechanical manufacturing environment and Business administrative processes
  • Be a key player in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)
  • Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow
  • Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment
  • Develop training materials and documentations to support OpEx activities


Your Profile:

  • Knowledge of Lean tools
  • Italian and English languages are required
  • Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
  • Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
  • Green Belt or Lean Expert certification (desirable)
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality (desirable)
