We're seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead content for our social-first brand. As a core member of our Marketing team, you're someone who lives on the For You Page and knows how to craft content that entertains, engages, and inspires while handling mental health topics with care.

You will be responsible for:

• Content Creation & Engagement
  – Create and distribute entertaining, impactful content that sparks conversation and shares around mental health.
• Content Distribution & Amplification
  – Own content distribution to maximize reach, engagement, and traffic across social media.
• Social Media Strategy
  – Define the social strategy, setting content pillars and priorities across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Team Leadership & Calendar Management
  – Lead the Social Media squad (design, copy, content) and build a social-first calendar that breaks through culturally.
• Innovation & New Formats
  – Experiment with new platforms, video formats, live-streams, and creative scripts.
• Community Management
  – Moderate and engage authentically, fostering conversations and growing the audience.
• Data-Driven Optimization
  – Convert metrics into actionable insights to continually refine strategy and maximize impact.

Must-have

• 5+ years of social media experience at a major brand or creator account.
• You are a doer, not just a strategist, you love getting things done.
• Strong social media portfolio featuring both long- and short-form content (from static images to video) demonstrating creativity and cultural relevance.
• Ability to produce content independently: proficient with in-app creator tools (e.g., CapCut Pro), video editing software (Adobe Premiere), and design tools (Figma).
• Proven experience in 1) growing highly engaged communities and 2) amplifying content reach across platforms.
• Comfortable working on high-level content strategy as well as hands-on production with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid analytical skills: you regularly review metrics and use insights to refine your approach.
• High emotional intelligence and genuine curiosity about mental health topics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to scale and optimize social media creative.
• Italian and English fluency (excellent reading and writing skills).
