Azienda settore ICT operante sul territorio nazionale ricerca figura tecnica , da inserire come "Operatore di Control Room".
Skill
:
- Conoscenza sistema operativo Linux, Unix, Windows, CentOs
- Conoscenza console di monitoraggio: Dynatrace, Datadog, Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana
- Conoscenza strumenti ITSM: Servicenow, Remedy, OTRS, ecc
Attività da espletare:
- Gestione degli allarmi provenienti dalle console di monitoraggio (hack, lavorazione, chiusura, ecc)
- Esecuzione di attività di 1 livello su base check-list ( svuotamento fs, restare servizi, restart applicativi, ecc)
- Gestione delle chiamate in entrata sul centralino della control room
- Esecuzione di controlli giornalieri su base checklist
- Disponibilità a lavorare in turni H24, 7x7
- Modalità di lavoro: ibrida (sede/SW), con turnazioni H24
Tipologia CCNL : Metalmeccanico Industria
RAL commisurata all'esperienza maturata.
Si richiede disponibilità immediata.
