Your role:

Do you enjoy working with people and have strong customer communication skills? Do you enjoy processing transport orders, and can you keep track of things, even in stressful situations? If so, apply now

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the administration, processing and scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries.

You will be in constant contact with customers, employees and drivers, both by phone and email.

· Control, monitor and document customer orders from enquiry to order receipt to scheduled delivery.

· Preparing quotations and shipping documents

· Assist with driver dispatch, support, monitoring and scheduling.

· Monitor the transport process and the return of freight documents to customers.

· Assist with processing complaints and invoicing.

Your profile:

· Successfully completed professional training in freight forwarding, logistics, scheduling, wholesale and foreign trade, industry, office work, tourism or a similar field.

· Highly motivated to learn new things and quick to pick things up

· Confidence in using computers

· Highly customer-oriented with excellent communication skills

· Independent thinking and decision-making skills

· Reliable and responsible

· Strong ability to maintain an overview in challenging situations

· Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is desirable
