The Role

Attila&Co. is looking for a 
Beauty Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist

to join its Beauty team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the 
beauty industry

, highly knowledgeable about skincare, make-up, haircare and fragrances, and motivated to work in a fast-paced agency environment dedicated to premium beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

The Beauty Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Digital PR and Influencer Marketing activities for assigned beauty clients, including:

  • Development and execution of 
    Digital PR strategies specifically tailored to beauty brands
  • Management of 
    Influencer Marketing campaigns within the beauty sector
    , from scouting to activation and reporting
  • Identification, selection and relationship management of 
    beauty influencers, creators and digital opinion leaders
     (macro, micro and nano)
  • Coordination of product seeding, gifting and beauty-focused events (online and offline)
  • Daily relationships with beauty influencers and talents
  • Monitoring of online coverage, performance analysis and campaign reporting
  • Close collaboration with internal teams (Social Media and Creative) to ensure integrated beauty communication projects
  • Support in client presentations and strategic proposals for beauty brands

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital PR and Influencer Marketing within the beauty industry
  • Previous experience in a 
    communication agency or beauty brand
     is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the 
    beauty market, trends, products and consumer behaviors
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns for skincare, make-up, haircare or fragrance brands
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proactive attitude, team spirit and strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience already gained in 
    beauty agencies or beauty brands
     will be considered a strong advantage
  • Existing network of beauty influencers and digital media contacts
  • Passion for innovation and digital-first beauty communication
