VETTA
is a new Milan-based design brand focused on refined aesthetics and precious, high-quality materials sourced worldwide.

To support the brand's launch, we are looking for a junior talent with strong interpersonal skills and a natural commercial attitude.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily communication with premium suppliers already selected by the Founder.
• Coordinate with Italian and international suppliers regarding quotes, updates, sample logistics, and timelines.
• Build first-level relationships with potential clients: architecture studios, interior designers, boutique hotels, and contract companies.
• Present the VETTA brand with clarity, elegance, and confidence.
• Organize meetings, calls, follow-ups, showroom appointments, and site visits.
• Support the preparation of presentations, material sheets, and commercial documents.
• Maintain and update the CRM with supplier and client interactions.
• Prepare weekly reports on activities, contacts, and opportunities.

Who You Are

• Educational background in
  Design, Architecture, Interior Design
  , or related fields.
• First experience (even brief) in commercial roles: sales, account, customer relations, hospitality, or supplier management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with natural empathy and confidence.
• Elegant, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English (

  ).
• Genuine passion for design, interiors, materials, and contemporary aesthetics.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow within a dynamic and design-driven environment.
