  • Sarai responsabile della richiesta e dell'analisi dei preventivi, della negoziazione degli acquisti, della selezione di fornitori e appaltatori, nonché della revisione e creazione degli ordini di acquisto tramite Oracle, garantendo una fornitura tempestiva di materiali e servizi necessari alle attività aziendali, occupandoti anche della contrattazione dei contratti di subfornitura
  • In questo ruolo monitorerai gli ordini aperti, guiderai l'esecuzione degli ordini e comunicherai lo stato di avanzamento agli stakeholder interni
  • Ti occuperai del monitoraggio dei livelli di stock per assicurare un inventario ottimale, affrontando e risolvendo proattivamente eventuali rischi di carenza per supportare la continuità operativa
  • Costruirai relazioni commerciali e sfrutterai la rete globale di fornitori per promuovere efficienza negli approvvigionamenti, effettuando acquisti alle condizioni più favorevoli per l'azienda, inoltre, identificherai nuovi fornitori e materiali, collaborando in modo trasversale per ampliare le opzioni di sourcing
  • Contribuirai a individuare opportunità di miglioramento nella funzione acquisti e parteciperai attivamente alle iniziative di produttività e di eccellenza operativa
  • Coordinerai le attività con l'area Finance per creare e mantenere i profili dei fornitori e per risolvere eventuali problematiche relative ai pagamenti

Chi è il nostro candidato ideale

  • Sei in possesso di una laurea, preferibilmente in ambito Business, Supply Chain Management o discipline similari, con 3-4 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ambito acquisti che hanno permesso di sviluppare un know-how tecnico in un contesto manifatturiero
  • Sei una persona concreta ed orientata al problem solving con spiccate capacità comunicative analitiche con una comprovata esperienza in negoziazioni efficaci, in grado di generare risparmi, migliorare le condizioni contrattuali e ottimizzare il valore complessivo degli acquisti
  • Dimostri una forte capacità nel gestire le priorità e organizzare le attività in modo efficiente
  • Possiedi un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia orale che scritta
  • Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office
  • Ti rendi disponibile a viaggiare fino al 10% del tempo per effettuare visite ai fornitori e audit presso i siti, secondo le esigenze aziendali
