Specifically, when you join the
Financial Services Team
in
Rome
, you will work closely with
Banking & Insurance
sector on topics such as: business process reengineering to increase the economic-financial and physical-operational performance and digital transformation. This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the Financial Sector industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of business processes efficiency and digitization.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Definition of strategic development and growth opportunities in the insurance sector
• Development of industrial and business plans
• Feasibility studies for the start-up of new businesses and innovative products
• Management of complex strategic reorganization transactions and business integration deals
• Definition and implementation of business strategy of major financial institutions (e.g., reorganization of distribution networks, marketing plans, pricing models, etc.)
• Market, benchmarking and expected evolution analysis of major sectors/business segments in the financial market
• Definition of operating models and performance improvement programs including the use of innovative technological solutions

Skills
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• A master's degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Management or related field, with a focus on financial services industry
• Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting company or a multinational
• Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
