Internship Accounting
La risorsa sarà inserita nell'area
Accounting
del gruppo CRIF, che si occupa della gestione contabile e amministrativa delle società del Gruppo, garantendo la corretta registrazione delle operazioni e il rispetto delle normative fiscali e civilistiche. La risorsa sarà di supporto a diversi Uffici quali Amministrazione Fornitori e Clienti, Contabilità Generale e Intercompany Team Office, e si occuperà attivamente delle attività di registrazione contabile, riconciliazioni, chiusure mensili e predisposizione di report contabili.
Nello specifico, le attività saranno:
- Registrazione fatture fornitori e clienti e gestione dei flussi contabili;
- Supporto alle attività di chiusura mensile e trimestrale;
- Gestione delle riconciliazioni contabili e verifica dei saldi;
- Supporto nella predisposizione di report contabili e analisi dei dati;
- Gestione comunicazioni verso fornitori/partner esterni per aspetti amministrativi;
- Gestione richieste interne sui rapporti tra le società del Gruppo (intercompany);
- Analisi ad hoc su dati contabili richieste dalla Direzione.
Il candidato ideale possiede:
- Laurea in Economia e discipline affini;
- Conoscenze di contabilità generale e principi contabili;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel (condizione necessaria: utilizzo di tabelle pivot, uso di filtri, conoscenza approfondita delle formule matematiche automatiche, ad esempio CERCA.VERT);
- Preferibile conoscenza del gestionale amministrativo SAP e dei moduli di estrazione dati quali SAP-BW ed Analysis;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata (almeno livello B2/C1);
- Forte passione e determinazione a lavorare nell'ambito contabile e amministrativo di un'azienda complessa, dinamica e di respiro internazionale;
- Personalità dinamica con ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.
