Cerchiamo un Technical area manager per unirsi al nostro team a Milano. In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in sede, sarai responsabile della supervisione quotidiana delle attività tecniche, coordinando il supporto tecnico e garantendo l'efficienza operativa. Sarai incaricato di gestire i progetti, assicurando che vengano rispettate le scadenze e gli standard qualitativi. Inoltre, guiderai il team di ricerca e sviluppo (R&D) per innovare e migliorare costantemente i processi e i prodotti. La posizione richiede una forte capacità di gestione e un approccio orientato ai risultati.
Qualifiche
- Il candidato ideale deve possedere competenze analitiche e capacità di gestione del team.
- È fondamentale avere esperienza nel supporto tecnico e nella ricerca e sviluppo (R&D), per fornire soluzioni innovative ed efficaci.
- Competenze nella gestione di progetti sono essenziali per garantire la pianificazione e l'esecuzione efficace dei progetti.
- Ulteriori competenze che possono risultare benefiche includono la capacità di problem solving, l'abilità nella comunicazione e l'esperienza nel settore tecnico.
