Additionally, Kaizen Institute Italy organizes training sessions, events, and benchmark visits to inspire and enhance organizational engagement and development.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Kaizen Engineer role based in Central Southern Italy involves collaborating with clients to identify areas of improvement, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and facilitating operational excellence. The role requires conducting Gemba walks, leading workshops, and supporting team leaders in establishing sustainable Kaizen practices. The engineer will also focus on analyzing processes, providing insights, and guiding implementation efforts to achieve measurable and lasting results tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Continuous Improvement, Lean Methodologies, and Problem-Solving
  • Experience in Facilitating Workshops and Process Optimization
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Process Mapping Techniques
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site and collaborate directly with clients
  • Prior experience in consultancy or operational improvement projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
