Purchase to Pay Intern
.

The selected candidate will support the PTP function, with a focus on reviewing and optimizing the accounts payable cycle (supplier invoicing and payments), also through the introduction of AI/automation tools. The goal is to acquire accounting, project management and technological innovation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the review and optimization of Purchase to Pay processes
  • Participate in feasibility analysis and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions
  • Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Test and support the validation of new automated workflows, gathering feedback from key users
  • Monitor accounts payable processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Support supplier invoice processing, expense reports and adherence to local financial regulations
  • Contribute to managing supplier master data, ensuring updates, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (for data analysis)
  • Good knowledge of technical and business English
