Job Title: Retail Performance Assistant

We are looking for a Retail Performance Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Italy. Based in Milan within the Retail Performance team, you will participate in various retail projects to optimize store performance and customer experience by harmonizing and simplifying store procedures and modernizing digital tools, as well as supporting the Training and Operation teams.

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Retail Performance Director, you support cross-functional activities across Retail Performance , Training , and Operations , with a strong focus on data analysis, project coordination, and communication between HQ and stores.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

Requirements :

• University degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management or related field
• English (C1-C2), other languages are a plus
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software
• Curricular/Extracurricular Internship
