Position

Within the Europe Marketing team, based in Rome , we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern.

Reporting to the Europe Marketing Director , the selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events and contributing to the daily operational success of the Marketing department.

Job responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of events.
  • Support logistics, guest list management, and material preparation.
  • Support communication and coordination with external agencies as well as vendors.
  • Support the marketing team in monitoring event budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices.
  • Support on-site event organization, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings with relevant stakeholders and preparing presentations.
  • Support Invoice and Billing Management for both media and events.
  • Support the team with general day-to-day tasks, for both ATL and BTL, to ensure efficient department operations.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for the luxury industry and a keen understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and values.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
  • International experience or exposure are considered a plus.
