PR & Content Intern (x/f/m)

What You'll Do
Doctolib is looking for a
Content & PR Intern
for our B2C Marketing department in the Milan office. As a Content & PR Intern, you will collaborate across B2C Marketing, Communications, and Website Management teams to support Content and PR activities. You will be involved in creating editorial and digital content, managing media relations, and organizing communication and PR initiatives.

This internship offers hands-on experience in content strategy, PR project management, media relations, and short-form content creation for apps. Key focus areas include our health blog "Parola di Dottore", short content for the Doctolib app, and Press Releases cross targets (consumers, trade, and corporate).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Content coordination and operational support

• Providing the agency with internal information and materials to draft blog articles, app content, press releases, surveys, and other communications

• Supporting the creation of internal or external surveys and gathering data to generate insights for content and PR initiatives

• Monitoring the content production flow to ensure materials produced by the agency align with company strategy and editorial guidelines

• PR Support activities

• Briefing the agency for press releases, media coverage, events, campaigns, and app content, and following up on execution. Tracking publications, media coverage, and the impact of PR activities

• Collaborating on press events, campaigns, and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners
• Collecting feedback from journalists, users, and the market to improve future communication and content strategies

You could be our next team mate if you:

• Have Level C2 in Italian and B2/C1 in English
• Have familiarity with CMS such as Wordpress
• Have familiarity with AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT
• Showcase strong attention to detail and ownership over your own work streams

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

• Have previous experience in Communications, Content & PR, journalism, or literature (internships included)
• Are passionate about the healthcare industry
• Speak French and/or German fluently
