Role Summary And Impact
We are seeking a
Web Tracking & Analytics Consultant
to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and robust data collection, which is fundamental for strategic decision-making.

You'll be at the intersection of implementation and analysis: ensuring data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain digital tracking solutions (web/app) using Google Tag Manager (web + server), Adobe Analytics/Launch/AEP, Tealium, GA4, and Firebase.
  • Write clear tracking/implementation documents and collaborate with developers to define and implement effective Data Layers.
  • Perform debugging and QA of tracking implementations, utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Write SQL queries for validation and quality control of collected data in platforms like BigQuery.
  • Monitor data quality and proactively resolve anomalies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of specific experience in Digital Analytics Implementation or Tag Management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics/Launch/AEP and Google Tag Manager (web + server).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for troubleshooting and tracking.
  • Ability with SQL for data validation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
