Job Description

  • Assistance in the preparation and documentation of exhibition materials.

  • Drafting detailed object descriptions and carefully managing inventory lists.

  • Management of the logistics of loaning artworks.

  • Liaising and coordinating with transporters for objects and artworks.

  • Interfacing and liaising with exhibitors, particularly regarding paperwork and insurance coverage

Qualifications

  • Degree in Art History/Museology/Cultural Management or related field;

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in international exhibitions (preferably if Fashion);

  • Excellent knowledge of international art lending, packaging, and transportation procedures;

  • Availability for business trips;

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills;

  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure, meeting strict deadlines;

  • Excellent English knowledge (at least C1 level) as well as Italian speaking (good proficiency);

  • Knowledge of a third language (French and/or Chinese) is an advantage but optional.

Additional Information

We will mainly consider applications from freelancer available to work on a project.
