We are looking for a
Procurement Responsible
to take part in Şişecam Flat Glass Italy located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a technical high school diploma
  • 1 year of experience in similar positions in a multinational and structured company
  • Proficient in English (preferably at an upper-intermediate level) and Italian
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred
  • Residency in proximity to the company, located in the province of Udine
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments; strong team-oriented mindset
  • No obstacle to travel throughout Italy and internationally

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing purchase orders and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Communicating with suppliers, conducting negotiation processes, and overseeing order progress
  • Requesting quotations from suppliers and performing comparative analysis of received quotes
  • Monitoring the entire order lifecycle through to the delivery of goods
