fast-opening
 in vista dell'imminente 
stagione invernale olimpica
, con 
possibilità di estensione anche alla stagione estiva 2026
.

 
Il ruolo

A regime, la figura ricoprirà le mansioni tipiche del 
Front Office Manager
, fungendo inoltre da 
referente di struttura
 per i fornitori e per le funzioni organizzative della sede centrale.

La risorsa sarà inserita nell'organigramma di una 
importante società di gestione alberghiera
, che garantirà supporto nelle seguenti aree:

  • Sales & Revenue Management
  • Maintenance
  • Comunicazione
  • Customer Relation
  • Amministrazione e Contabilità
  • Risorse Umane

 
Fase di opening

Durante la fase di avviamento sarà richiesto di:

  • Curare la 
    selezione e il training
     del personale di reception, sala e housekeeping
  • Gestire i 
    rapporti operativi con i fornitori
  • Supervisionare le 
    procedure di onboarding dei sistemi IT
     (ecosistema 
    Slope
    )

 
Requisiti

  • Disponibilità immediata
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento operativo di strutture con 
    clientela internazionale
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, leadership e problem solving
  • Attitudine al lavoro in contesti dinamici e di apertura
