1 Junior Health & Safety Specialist
.

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con EMEA Health & Safety Manager e i principali partner interni e si occuperà di:

  • Supportare il responsabile della salute e della sicurezza EMEA nel garantire il rispetto della legislazione H&S e delle procedure aziendali attraverso la gestione del sistema e audit regolari;
  • Condurre valutazioni e ispezioni dei rischi per garantire il funzionamento sicuro di tutti gli impianti, le attrezzature e gli ambienti di lavoro;
  • Sviluppare e supportare l'implementazione di business e piani d'azione H&S sulla base dei dati sulle prestazioni e degli sviluppi del retail;
  • Coordinare e supervisionare i programmi di formazione H&S per dipendenti e appaltatori, garantendo che tutto il personale riceva una formazione adeguata e regolare;
  • Mantenere e aggiornare la documentazione del sistema Salute e Sicurezza, garantendo la disponibilità in loco e l'allineamento con gli standard aziendali;
  • Gestire i rapporti con i medici aziendali e consulenti H&S esterni (ad esempio, RSPP), garantendo un'adeguata sorveglianza medica e supporto consultivo.

Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 9:00 alle ore 18:00;

Luogo di lavoro: zona Tortona (MI);

Inserimento: tempo determinato di 12 mesi;

Inquadramento: ccnl commercio, ral 28k.

Profilo

Il profilo ideale possiede :

  • Esperienza in ruoli di salute, sicurezza e ambiente (HSE), idealmente all'interno di un ambiente retail o multi-sito;
  • Buone capacità interpersonali, di risoluzione dei problemi e organizzative, con attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
