Position Summary

Job Profile Summary Plans and executes strategies to meet organization's long-range goals including acquisitions/divestitures and strategic business alliances. Evaluates and develops new market initiatives and analyzes business opportunities in both new and existing markets. Develops proposals, including feasibility studies, for new business opportunities. Identifies, analyzes and compares alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies.

Job Description

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities.
Conducts cost-benefit analyses, and develops models to support decision-making and measure the financial impact of strategic plans.
Develops reports and presentations that communicate findings and offer strategic planning recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Assists in scenario planning and modeling exercises to evaluate different strategic options and their potential outcomes.
Analyzes data and identifies opportunities and risks that may impact the organization's strategic direction.
Coordinates project activities, tracks progress, manages timelines and deliverables, and communicates updates to stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data analysis techniques, and improve the quality and effectiveness of strategic planning deliverables.

Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the progress and success of strategic initiatives.

Monitors competitor activities, assesses market dynamics, and provides insights on potential competitive advantages or industry challenges.
 

Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
Strategic Management Professional (SMP) certification preferred.

Executive level reporting a must

Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46, $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
