JOB PURPOSE:
Trade Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role, you will be responsible for deploying innovative strategies and tactical activities to bring our outstanding marketing plans to life. You will give your contribution to the development and execution of comprehensive Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing plans, working closely with the marketing, sales, and supply chain teams, as well as other key stakeholders. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring the achievement of our company's ambitious business objectives.
The role is a mix of strategic thinking, data analysis, forecasting and passion for achieving ambitious results in the OOH channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, coordinate and execute Trade Marketing activations in line with brand and channel strategies.

• Monitor the effectiveness of Trade Marketing activities and propose improvement actions.

• Lead business analysis and performance monitoring through sell-in/sell-out data and KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure proper implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives.

• Manage the creation and development of POSM materials for the OOH channel.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Entrepreneurial spirit in the OOH channel is a must have

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem solving abilities and flexible thinking.

• Dynamism and adaptability.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Marketing or related fields.

• Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales, preferably in the OOH channel.

• Good command of the English language.

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
