JOB TITLE: Digital Acquisition Manager
LOCATION: Milan, HQ (hybrid)
SALARY RANGE: 40-50K based on seniority
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
REPORTING TO: Head of Digital Acquisition
We are seeking a highly technical, performance-driven Digital Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, data-intensive campaigns. The ideal candidate is a performance and optimization fanatic, with a deep technical acumen and a passion for dissecting campaign data to drive measurable improvements.
What you will do:
Managing different Digital Acquisition budgets, maximizing return on investment whilst making sure spend goes towards our most profitable prospects.
Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
Conduct recurring weekly and monthly SEA and paid social optimization tasks (i.e., keyword expansion, ad testing, audience approach, creativity management, etc.)
Contribute to, provide, and drive optimization at a granular level, including bidding, audience, creative, ad copy, landing page, and analytics.
Support in reporting and analysis, identifying areas of growth & opportunity.
Focus on automating and optimizing all biddable-related tasks. Working hand in hand with the team on building the "present of digital acquisition" (AI, automation, reporting, campaign structure, etc).
Collaborate in developing and driving learning agendas, split tests, new platform capabilities, and new industry trends, also with other teams.
What we're looking for:
3 or more years of experience in managing complex performance campaigns with sizable budgets. Experience at a technology, digital marketplace, or travel company is a plus.
Advertising Effectiveness & Experimentation: Previous work running advertising effectiveness experiments, including A/B, audiences, geographic, and bidding experimentation. Confident with media and business KPIs (CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Strong knowledge of bidding strategies: Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, with emphasis on DD / U shape attribution. Familiarity with ad rules, scripts, and bidding tools.
Analytics Tools Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and other comparable platforms; working knowledge of G-sheet/Excel.
Passion for Customer Acquisition & Consumer Paths: In love with the customer acquisition dynamics and consumer paths strategy. Stay ahead of new platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Good predisposition to prioritize your workload with minimal supervision
Clear and thorough communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in both Italian and English.
