At dentsu we are looking for a Junior Commercial Analyst, to join our team in Milan.

The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Investment team in analyzing data, managing processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to learn and participate in advanced projects.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and a willingness to learn new skills and take initiative in advanced projects.
  • Conduct research to support strategic and operational business needs.
  • Use platforms and tools to manage and update team and client programs.
  • Support the achievement of team, client, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to increasing industry exposure through insights and reporting.
  • Participate in networking and mentorship opportunities to foster personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  • University degree or academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in commercial analysis, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and affinity for technology and innovation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
