For our Plant we are looking for an Intern to join the Manufacturing Supply Chain team.
The candidate, with the company tutor, will follow a training path aimed to understand the dynamics and production processes of the industrial supply chain, participating in some transversal projects in launches of new make-up and haircare products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the launch and development of a new product from an industrial point of view, collaborating with the team and interfacing with different stakeholders inside and outside the Plant
  • Renewal of the components and formulas of the products in the catalogue to bring them into compliance with the law
  • Follow up and support in managing substitutions according to production planning
  • Support in the management of the decoration flow
  • Analysis and reporting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Management and/or Industrial Production Engineering, Business Administration
  • Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus)
  • Complete mastery of Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus)
  • Strong interest for the Operations world
  • Involvement and motivation to work in a team
  • Method and Organization
