XTEL is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant (AMS Senior Business Analyst) to join our global team supporting top Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, working directly with enterprise clients, and influencing product evolution—this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Support clients on our Revenue Management platform: configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Own client relationships—manage tickets, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyse business requirements and collaborate closely with technical and product teams.
  • Lead QA activities and coordinate release cycles.
  • Drive proactive maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 9+ years in enterprise software support, functional consulting, or AMS roles.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, SLAs, and support processes.
  • SQL (medium complexity) and integration knowledge.
  • FMCG/CPG experience (TPM, Retail Execution, SFA) is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
