Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Owner at LogicLoom IT Solutions. The position is based in Dublin, with flexibility for partial remote work. As the Owner, you will oversee the strategic vision and operations of the studio, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include client engagement, managing projects, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and leading a team of professionals. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top-tier technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- Expertise in IT project management and operations
- Experience in client engagement, team management, and staff development
- In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, strategies, and infrastructure
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovative market trends
- Background in the IT industry, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred
