Nostro cliente è una realtà biofarmaceutica internazionale in forte crescita, attiva in ambito oncologico ed ematologico; stiamo cercando un/una Tender Manager.

Per il potenziamento della struttura di Market Access, cerchiamo un/una Tender Manager con esperienza nella gestione di gare ospedaliere. La persona avrà un ruolo chiave sia nella gestione end-to-end dei tender sia nel progetto di internalizzazione del processo di gare, con l'obiettivo di aumentare controllo, qualità, compliance e velocità esecutiva.

Responsabilità principali
Gestione completa del ciclo di gara per prodotti ospedalieri: scouting opportunità, analisi capitolati, definizione strategia, predisposizione documentazione, submission e follow-up.Coordinamento cross-funzionale con Market Access, Commercial, Pricing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Supply/Customer Service per garantire offerte complete e compliant.Definizione e mantenimento di tender calendar, pipeline gare e dashboard KPI (win rate, marginalità, tempi, compliance, performance per regione/ente).Gestione e ottimizzazione dei rapporti con eventuali fornitori/partner (se presenti) e definizione SLA.Supporto a negoziazioni, chiarimenti e interlocuzione con stazioni appaltanti, nel rispetto delle policy aziendali.Monitoraggio aggiornamenti normativi e best practice su gare pubbliche/ospedaliere, con attività di training interno.Requisiti
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito gare/tender nel settore farmaceutico/biotech, con forte esposizione su canale ospedaliero.Conoscenza operativa dei processi di gara (documentazione, capitolati, requisiti tecnico-amministrativi) e capacità di lavorare per scadenze.Solide competenze di project management e miglioramento processi (esperienza in progetti di insourcing/internalizzazione considerata un plus rilevante).Ottime capacità analitiche (valutazione economica, pricing input, scenari), attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento al risultato.Autonomia, proattività, capacità di negoziazione e gestione stakeholder.Buona padronanza di inglese (ambiente internazionale).Disponibilità a trasferte contenute (se richieste da esigenze di business).
