, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:
SPECIALISTA QUALITA' PRODOTTO E PROCESSO
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della funzione Operations, con l'obiettivo di supportare attivamente
il team nel rafforzare il processo di controllo qualità sia lato prodotto che processo.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Assicurare la conformità dei prodotti agli standard qualitativi definiti e alle specifiche dei
- clienti, attraverso controlli sistematici;
- Identificare le cause delle non conformità, implementare azioni correttive e preventive mirate;
- Valutare l'efficacia delle soluzioni adottate attraverso l'analisi dei dati;
- Monitoraggio e classificazione di difettosità/scarti;
- Gestione delle non conformità e stesura dei piani di controllo
- Implementazione indicatori di prestazione e azioni finalizzate al miglioramento continuo
Il profilo cercato possiede esperienza pregressa in ambito qualità (settore manifatturiero) e
conoscenza delle normative ISO 9001.
Richiesta capacità capacità di analisi dati e dell'utilizzo di strumenti di misura.
Completano il profilo buone doti di problem solving, leadership collaborativa, attitudine alla formazione e alla sensibilizzazione al rispetto degli standard qualitativi.
Viene offerto inserimento diretto in azienda, all'interno di un ambiente stimolante e collaborativo.
