Stiamo cercando il miglior talento nel ruolo di QC Technician basato a Latina.
Scopo
Per il sito produttivo di Borgo San Michele (Latina) ricerchiamo un "Technician Quality Control" da inserire a TEMPO DETERMINATO di 12 mesi nell'area produttiva. L'area di Controllo Qualità ha la responsabilità di eseguire le analisi su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti al fine di assicurare farmaci con adeguati livelli di qualità al paziente, nel rispetto della sicurezza e costi di riferimento.
La Persona Ricercata Sarà Responsabile Delle Seguenti Attività
- Eseguire, in accordo al proprio pacchetto training, alle procedure standardizzate ed alle direttive ricevute, tutte le operazioni necessarie per l'esecuzione di analisi chimiche, chimico-fisiche e microbiologiche, utilizzando apparecchiature e strumentazioni di laboratorio.
- Assicurare l'esecuzione di test analitici (chimici e/o microbiologici) definiti dai programmi su materie prime, semilavorati, prodotti finiti, stabilità di monitoraggio, sperimentali, controlli ambientali ed acque di stabilimento, nei tempi richiesti e secondo elevati standard di affidabilità, valutando la conformità e la validità dei risultati.
- Utilizzare in modo autonomo, secondo i programmi standardizzati, attrezzature ed apparecchi complessi; utilizzare unità di elaborazione dati.
- Eseguire correttamente i test di laboratorio attraverso lo studio dei principi elementari di teoria applicata ed alle buone norme di laboratorio (GLP), lo sviluppo dei calcoli numerici necessari nel corso del trattamento dei dati, proponendo idee e suggerimenti frutto delle proprie osservazioni e conclusioni.
- Assicurare la registrazione di tutti i dati relativi a metodologie, osservazioni e conclusioni circa le analisi effettuate utilizzando, quando necessario, anche strumenti informatici. Garantire sempre l'integrità dei dati. In accordo al proprio pacchetto training partecipare alla gestione pratica del laboratorio includendo in questa attività le manutenzioni strumentali, la stesura/revisione di procedure o protocolli, la messa a punto e la validazione dei metodi analitici per nuovi prodotti e l'adeguamento, quando necessario, di quelli preesistenti predisponendo la relativa documentazione. Supportare l'inserimento dei colleghi nell'addestramento al ruolo assegnato loro attraverso la funzione di trainer.
Qualifiche / Requisiti
- Laurea in Chimica, Farmacia, CTF e/o equivalenti discipline scientifiche
- Esperienza provata in ambito di Controllo Qualità, chimico e/o farmaceutico è considerata un plus.
- Buona conoscenza delle normative GMP, GDP, GLP e delle norme di sicurezza nei laboratori.
- Conoscenze dei requisiti di Data Integrity.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1 e superiore).
- Ottime capacità di lavoro in team, naturale propensione alla collaborazione ed al rispetto di elevati standard di sicurezza. Capacità di gestire e comunicare criticità emerse durante le attività di laboratorio, rispettare le due date. Tenacia nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Per questa posizione si offre contratto a tempo determinato di 12 Mesi.
