Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Specialist Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineering, you will collaborate with global experts to develop innovative IC solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art projects, from concept to validation, and make a real impact in the field of automotive applications.

• Design analog and mixed-signal building blocks, macros, and products to meet project specifications
• Develop testbenches, run simulations, and perform pre-silicon verification at the block level, ensuring robust circuit functionality
• Interface with analog design teams across sites and collaborate with other development functions to achieve project goals
• Utilize state-of-the-art CAD tools and apply advanced techniques, including AI/ML, to optimize performance throughout the design process
• Drive task planning and tracking, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with documented deliverables
• Guide layout engineers and mentor junior designers, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth
• Support post-silicon verification, product qualification, and troubleshoot issues, delivering effective and creative solutions

Your willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues makes you a valued contributor to every team you join.

• Master's degree or PhD in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field of studies
• At least 2 years of experience in analog and mixed signal circuit design
• Strong technical background in design, simulation, and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
• Excellent understanding of BiCMOS and power semiconductor devices, as well as integrated circuit functionality and design techniques
• Proven skills in the measurement and verification of electronic circuits and good programming abilities; previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their potential applications in the semiconductor industry
• Fluency in English
