Il nostro Cliente, Scale Up che opera all'intersezione tra innovazione tecnologica, formazione professionale e engagement della community tech, è alla ricerca di un/una
Head of Sales
con esperienza consolidata nel mondo B2B corporate, che abbia una forte attitudine verso il settore tech/digitale e che voglia contribuire in modo strategico alla crescita commerciale dell'azienda.

Posizione

  • Definire e guidare la strategia commerciale B2B a livello nazionale e/o internazionale.
  • Sviluppare il portafoglio clienti nei settori: tecnologia, innovazione, digital transformation, risorse umane, formazione e marketing.
  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita: prospecting, gestione pipeline, proposal, negoziazione e chiusura.
  • Costruire relazioni solide e di lungo termine con interlocutori chiave (HR, Innovation Manager, Marketing Manager, C-level).
  • Coordinare e far crescere il team commerciale, promuovendo una cultura orientata ai risultati.
  • Collaborare con i team di prodotto e marketing per migliorare l'offerta sulla base dei feedback di mercato.
  • Monitorare performance e KPI commerciali, con responsabilità diretta su forecasting e reporting.

Requisiti

  • Almeno 5/7 anni di esperienza in ambito sales B2B, con focus su clienti corporate o enterprise.
  • Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni complesse (servizi HR, formazione tech, eventi o consulenza).
  • Familiarità con processi di vendita a interlocutori multipli e cicli decisionali lunghi.
  • Ottime capacità di negoziazione, gestione della relazione e comunicazione a livello C-level.
  • Interesse concreto per il mondo tech e l'ecosistema degli sviluppatori
  • Padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato.
  • Esperienza in startup o scale-up ad alta crescita (nice to have)
  • Rete consolidata nei dipartimenti HR, IT o Innovation di grandi aziende.
