As part of our strategic expansion, we are developing and industrializing
water electrolyzers for green hydrogen production
, integrating
electro-hydraulic systems, electrical control, and PLC-based automation
.

We are looking for a PLC Programmer to join our Engineering Department in Uta (Cagliari, Sardinia), contributing to the
automation and control of industrial electrolyzer systems
.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for
electro-hydraulic and electrolyzer systems


• Troubleshoot PLC software and hardware in
industrial hydrogen production equipment


• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate PLC systems into
electrolyzer skids and related subsystems


• Prepare technical documentation for production, testing, assembly, and customers


• Provide technical support and training to staff and clients as needed


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations,
including those for hydrogen process plants


• Perform field service work at international locations

Requirements


• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field


• Strong experience in PLC programming


• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and control technologies


•
Basic understanding of industrial process plants or energy systems is a plus


• Good command of English, written and spoken


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Willingness to travel internationally
