Job Title: Staff Accountant Italy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle general ledger accounting tasks and participate in month-end close activities respecting public company reporting and tax deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable activities including intercompany billing and treasury activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audit and tax purposes.
  • Support the business with adhoc reporting, process improvement, performance metrics and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

·      Degree in economics, finance, accounting or related disciplines

· years professional experience in accounting or finance.

·      Excellent knowledge of Italian (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English for interaction with the international team

·      Good knowledge of Office / Google tools, especially Excel / Sheets

·      Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Svolgere attività contabili complete di contabilità generale e partecipare alle attività di chiusura contabile mensile nel rispetto delle scadenze fiscali e di reporting previste per una società quotata.
  • Preparare le riconciliazioni mensili dello stato patrimoniale.
  • Supportare le attività di contabilità fornitori e clienti, incluse la fatturazione intercompany e le attività di tesoreria, garantendo una gestione puntuale e accurata delle transazioni.
  • Mantenere registrazioni e documentazione finanziaria accurate e ben organizzate ai fini di audit e fiscale.
  • Supportare il business con reportistica ad hoc, miglioramento dei processi, metriche di performance e altri progetti secondo necessità.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in economia, finanza, contabilità o discipline affini
  • 2–3 anni di esperienza professionale in ambito contabile o finanziario
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata) e buona conoscenza dell'inglese per l'interazione con il team internazionale
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Office / Google, in particolare Excel / Sheets
  • La precedente esperienza con
