END USER SUPPORT JUNIOR

Si ricerca, scopo assunzione diretta a Milano, profilo di End User Support Junior:

Ruolo: Supporto Tecnico di Primo Livello

Esperienza: 0-2 anni

Formazione: Diploma tecnico o Laurea triennale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.

Responsabilità principali:


• Fornire supporto tecnico di primo livello agli utenti finali tramite telefono, email o ticketing system.


• Risolvere problemi di base su hardware, software e reti.


• Installare, configurare e aggiornare sistemi operativi e applicazioni standard.


• Eseguire attività di troubleshooting su PC, stampanti, telefoni IP e periferiche.


• Escalare problemi complessi ai livelli superiori di supporto.


• Documentare soluzioni e aggiornare la knowledge base.

Competenze richieste:

Conoscenza di base di Windows e macOS.

Familiarità con Microsoft 365 e applicazioni di produttività.

Capacità di risoluzione problemi hardware e software di primo livello.

Conoscenza base di reti TCP/IP e Wi-Fi.

Abilità di comunicazione e orientamento al cliente.
