Join a dynamic short-term production project as an on-site Production Assistant in Naples, Italy. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in production environments who are ready to support a fast-paced team for a one- to two-day engagement. You will be integral to the smooth execution of the project, working closely with the production team to ensure all logistical and operational needs are met on set.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and materials on location
  • Support the production team with on-site logistics, including managing schedules and coordinating with crew members
  • Ensure all required materials and resources are available and organized throughout the shoot
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Respond promptly to any on-site needs or issues as they arise
  • Maintain a professional and proactive attitude during all stages of the production

Skills And Requirements

  • Previous experience as a production assistant or in a similar support role within film, video, or event production
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to work on-site in Naples, Italy for the full duration of the project (one to two days)
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Must be based locally; candidates requiring travel or accommodation will not be considered
  • Availability for immediate engagement
