Overview:
Join Mastercard's Digital Payments Europe team and play a pivotal role in transforming the way millions of consumers experience online payments. As a Product Management Manager for Click to Pay, you will help shape the future of digital commerce across Europe by driving the adoption of Mastercard's flagship digital checkout solution.

This role is at the heart of Mastercard's digital payments strategy to eliminate manual card entry and deliver seamless, secure, and intelligent payment experiences. You will represent Europe as a region and work across markets and functions to shape Click to Pay product strategic roadmap, bring innovative solutions to life towards scaling Mastercard Checkout Services—impacting millions of users across dozens of European markets.

Role:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Drive Innovation & Shape the Future: Champion the introduction of emerging technologies and new use cases, pushing boundaries to evolve the Click to Pay experience and lead the market in digital payments.
- Advocate for Customers, Markets & Regulation: Act as the voice of the customer, regional markets, and EU regulatory landscape—ensuring their needs are reflected in product design and roadmap decisions.
- Align Strategic Communication & Partner Engagement: Lead internal alignment across cross functional teams and support key strategic partner conversations to ensure consistent, impactful product positioning.
- Leverage Data to Inform & Influence: Use analytics to uncover insights, track performance, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape product direction and business outcomes.
- Be the Voice of the Product Internally: Partner with customer-facing teams to address product inquiries, resolve issues, and champion the Click to Pay value proposition across internal channels.
- Enable Issuer Market Readiness: Support the development of high-impact materials and guidance that help internal and external teams onboard, activate, and succeed with new Click to Pay use cases.
- Build Product Mastery & Market Awareness: Deepen understanding of Mastercard's digital product suite and stay attuned to local market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive developments.

All About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting ideally within digital payments, e-commerce, fintech or large-scale platforms.
- Strong expertise in the digital payment ecosystem, including alternative payment methods, tokenization, EMV 3DS, and biometric authentication.
- Deep understanding of the European regulatory framework (e.g., PSD2, PSD3, PSR) and its implications for product strategy.
- Proven ability to shape product strategy and agenda, translating customer, market, and regulatory needs into actionable inputs for product design and roadmap planning.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working across cross functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of building trust, managing expectations, and influencing both internal teams and strategic partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex technical concepts, business needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to develop practical solutions
- Strong networker with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence to effectively advance business opportunities.
- Excellent command of the relevant business tools, Excel, Power point, internal reporting tools.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced, evolving environment
English language (plus another European language preferred)
