Position
We are looking for a
Supervisor for the Grinding Area
, responsible for supervising production activities during their shift, ensuring the achievement of production targets in terms of quantity, quality, and timing, while fully complying with safety regulations and guaranteeing the maximum efficiency of the equipment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the productivity of the department by planning and managing resources in line with production goals
Supervise the quality process, ensuring product compliance with required standards
Coordinate the shift team, promoting compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and fostering a collaborative work environment
Manage the technical aspects of the department, working with maintenance teams on interventions and continuous improvement projects for equipment and machinery
Requirements
Diploma or technical qualification in a mechanical field
Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a precision mechanics environment
Knowledge of grinding processes and experience with robotized systems
Experience in team coordination and personnel management is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Residence in or near Reggio Emilia is preferred
