Job description:

For our site in San Giovanni Teatino, we are looking for a Process Engineer who, as part of the Validation team, will lead the development phases of projects and finished products for new technologies and processes, both in the planning and execution steps of the testing plan, in line with the contractually defined requirements and customer expectations.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the design team in the development phase of the assigned project (concept), contributing to the definition of new processes to be implemented, identifying implementation risks and any backup actions
  • Define the activity plan for both the standing test and testing phases to demonstrate the capabilities of the new technologies with respect to the contractual values
  • Collect, formalize and constantly update process know-how for the technologies in use, in relation to the materials/process phases managed
  • Identify and promote, including through monitoring the market of technology manufacturers, innovative solutions for materials, translating them into opportunities for development, improvement or diversification
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers for the resolution of issues related to the technologies managed
  • Ensure the preparation of technical documentation for the newly developed solutions (construction drawings, bills of materials, etc.) and collaborate in the drafting of manuals

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3-4 years experience as a Process Engineer in multinational manufacturing companies, preferably on liquid or powder filling machines
  • Excellent Knowledge of English
  • Excellent Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies
