We are looking for a talented and driven Project Finance Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects in the infrastructure, energy, and construction sectors, advising clients on the legal aspects of financing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice on all aspects of project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of project financing.
  • Advising clients across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and natural resources on risk management and legal compliance.
  • Drafting and reviewing project finance documents including loan agreements, security arrangements, and equity investment agreements.
  • Managing relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with developments in project finance law and regulations.
  • Supporting senior lawyers in managing complex deals and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified lawyer with proven experience (5+ years) in project finance or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of project finance structures, including debt and equity financing, syndication, and security arrangements.
  • Experience working with clients in the energy, infrastructure, or natural resources sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
