Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager / Producer, based in Milan. The professional in this role will oversee project timelines, manage teams, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Key responsibilities include planning and coordination, monitoring logistics, overseeing project progress, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The Project Manager / Producer will be a central figure in ensuring efficient execution of creative projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management to plan, organize, and oversee the successful execution of projects.
  • Experience in Expediting and Inspection to ensure quality and adherence to schedules.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle resources and coordinate project flow effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with creative or CGI processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of English is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a creative or production environment is preferred.
