Nell'ambito dello sviluppo organizzativo, Webuild è alla ricerca per le sue sedi internazionali di un Senior Planner con incarico operativo on site.

Ruolo

La risorsa, riportando gerarchicamente al Technical Service Management di progetto, sarà coinvolta nelle attività di pianificazione e programmazione dei lavori. Dovrà garantire la corretta pianificazione, programmazione e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento lavori del progetto, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi contrattuali e l'ottimizzazione delle risorse

Responsabilità principali

  •  
  • Elaborare e aggiornare il programma lavori baseline, definendo sequenze, risorse e milestone secondo la metodologia Critical Path Method (CPM);
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento fisico e temporale delle attività, analizzando scostamenti e performance  (Earned Value);
  • Associare ad ogni attività del programma baseline le relative voci di elenco prezzi (BoQ loaded) per ottenere la distribuzione temporale dei ricavi e flusso di cassa e le relative risorse (uomini, mezzi, materiali) in modo da individuare i fabbisogni e procedere al dovuto livellamento/ottimizzazione;
  • Identificare rischi, problemi, ritardi e relativi impatti seguiti da simulazioni di programma per individuare le dovute mitigazioni e piani di recupero  a supporto del Project Management;
  • Integrare la WBS del progetto per le varianti in corso d'opera;
  • Supportare le funzioni aziendali (Contract, Cost Control, Acquisti, Produzione) nelle rispettive attività di pianificazione di dettaglio (contenziosi, piano acquisti, lean planning, programmi subappaltatori, etc.) verificandone la rispondenza con il programma baseline;
  • Predisporre report di avanzamento per il Project Management e il Committente.

Requisiti

Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente ad indirizzo civile;

Esperienza: 5/7 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore delle grandi infrastrutture complesse;

Lingue: Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;

Altro: Ottima conoscenza dei principali software di planning (Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS, Excel avanzato). Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di project management (WBS, Gantt, Earned Value, CPM, S-Curve). È inoltre richiesta una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e del software Autocad.
